I enjoy giving oral sex to men. Recently I have been involved with a man who has a larger than average penis. I cannot deep throat to the base of his penis. Is there any way I can stimulate his entire penis at the same time other than using my hand for the remainder?
This question was submitted to the HSAB by an actual iFriends user, and answered for recent publication.

Performing oral pleasure on a man who is well endowed or who has a larger than average erection can be challenging. There are, however, several tricks you can employ in deep throating him or stimulating his entire penis manually during oral sex.
To keep the lower part of his shaft stimulated during oral sex, consider using a male sleeve, which also acts as a buffer for deep throating. This sex toy has two open ends and, using lubricant, is fitted over the shaft at the base. You want the head of his penis to stick out of the one end. Now as you stimulate the head orally, you can use the sleeve for even more pleasure.
The easiest position for deep throating is for you to lie on your back with your head hanging over the edge, as this elongates the neck and throat. Have your partner stand beside the bed at your head. You are to then gently bend the penis downward to take it into your mouth. He is not to thrust, but can lean over. You can then guide any thrusting by placing your hands on his hips to guide that action.
Other ways to take a man’s penis more deeply into your mouth, even if just for a short period of time, include changing the angle of pleasuring, mentally distracting yourself while giving head, finding a rhythm (exhale before the penis thrusts inward, and inhale as you take it out), and keeping the penis in the shallow part of mouth until any gagging sensations pass.
